Noregon Releases JPRO 2026 with AI-Powered Fault Code Analysis
Noregon JPRO 2026 with AI
Noregon Systems has released JPRO 2026, the latest version of its industry-leading camión pesado diagnostic software. The headline feature is an AI-powered fault code analysis engine called "Noregon Intelligent Diagnostics" (NID), which uses machine learning models trained on over 50 million real-world repair records to provide technicians with the most probable root causes and repair procedures for any combination of fault codes.
AI Diagnostic Engine
The NID engine analyzes not just individual fault codes, but the entire pattern of codes present on the vehicle, including codes that have been cleared but remain in the ECM's history. By correlating these patterns with its database of verified repairs, the system can identify the root cause of cascading fault code scenarios that would otherwise require hours of manual troubleshooting. In beta testing across 200 flota maintenance facilities, NID reduced average diagnostic time by 42%.
Enhanced Coverage
JPRO 2026 adds first-day coverage for all 2026 model year trucks from Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, Volvo, Mack, International, and Western Star. The software now supports over 2,800 unique vehicle systems across these brands, including full aftertreatment, transmission, and ABS coverage. New bi-directional controls include the ability to perform diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) quality tests, turbocharger actuator calibrations, and EGR valve position relearns.
flota Integration
JPRO 2026 introduces a new gestión de flotas integration API that allows the diagnostic results to be automatically uploaded to flota maintenance management systems including TMT flota Maintenance, Decisiv, and Fleetio. This eliminates manual data entry and ensures that diagnostic findings are immediately available to flota managers and parts procurement teams.
