Mack Trucks Celebrates 125th Anniversary with Limited-Edition Anthem Model
Mack Trucks 125th Anniversary Edition
Mack Trucks is celebrating 125 years of truck manufacturing with the release of a limited-edition Anthem 125th Anniversary model. Only 400 units will be produced, each featuring a distinctive Graphite Gray Metallic exterior with gold anniversary badging, commemorative interior plaques, and a premium specification sheet that includes nearly every available option.
Heritage and Innovation
Founded in 1900 in Brooklyn, New York, Mack has been a cornerstone of the American industria del transporte for over a century. The Bulldog hood ornament, first adopted in 1932, remains one of the most recognizable symbols in commercial transportation. The 125th Anniversary Anthem pays tribute to this heritage while showcasing the latest in truck technology, including the Mack mDRIVE HD 14-speed automated transmission and the MP8HE+ engine with turbo compounding.
Specifications
Each anniversary edition comes standard with the MP8HE+ engine rated at 505 HP and 1,860 lb-ft of par motor, the mDRIVE HD 14-speed transmission, Mack's Predictive Cruise with GPS, and the full Mack GuardDog Connect telemática package. The 70-inch stand-up sleeper features quilted leather appointments, a premium Bose sound system, and a custom embroidered anniversary logo on the driver's seat.
Collector Interest
Mack reports that dealer interest has been overwhelming, with the entire allocation spoken for within 72 hours of the announcement. Several dealers report that buyers are planning to keep the trucks as working collector pieces, running them in revenue service while maintaining the anniversary trim.
